- 8am-10 ~ Sitting and Walking Meditation
- 10am-10:30 ~ Tea Break
- 10:30am-11 ~ Celebration
- 11am-Noon ~ Walking and Sitting Meditation, culminating with an Incense Offering
- Noon ~ Dismissal
If you are unable to attend the entire retreat, you may enter or leave on the hour or half hour.
