First Wednesday of the month - 7:00 PM to 8:00 - meditation instructions for newcomers. (Newcomers are always welcome on any occasion.)

Second Wednesday of the month - 7:00 PM to 8:00 - chanting and zazen until 7:30, followed by an extended Dharma talk.

Remaining Wednesdays - 7:00 PM to 8:00 - zazen, kinhin, chanting (no reading).

Every Monday - 6:00 PM to 7:00 - Southwind Sangha Dharma Discussion Group.

Every Thursday - 6:00 PM to 6:45 - chanting and zazen (no kinhin or reading).

Every Sunday - 8:00 AM to 9:00 - zazen, kinhin, chanting, reading. We typically meet informally afterward at Panera Bakery (1605 N Rock Rd) for coffee and conversation.

Third Saturday of every month - Meditation Retreat from 8:00 AM to Noon that includes twenty-five minute periods of zazen, five-minute periods of kinhin, tea break from 10:00 to 10:30, Dharma talk from 10:30 to 11:00, and incense offering at 11:50.
