Schedule:
- 8am – 10 ~ Sitting and Walking Meditation
- 10am – 10:30 ~ Tea Break
- 10:30am – 11 ~ Presentation and Ceremony
- 11am – Noon ~ Walking and Sitting Meditation, culminating with an Incense Offering
- Noon ~ Dismissal
If you are unable to attend the entire retreat, you may enter or leave on the hour or half hour.
No donation required, no donation refused.
