Schedule:
- 8am to 10am ~ Sitting and Walking Meditation
- 10am to 10:30am ~ Tea Break
- 10:30am to 11am ~ Presentation and Ceremony
- 11am to Noon ~ Walking and Sitting Meditation, culminating with an Incense Offering
- Noon ~ Dismissal
If you are unable to attend the entire retreat, you may enter or leave on the hour or half hour.
